  15. Ohio; on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a
  16. juvenile; in Columbus. Anna Coffman, mother of a 17-year-old
  17. Columbus girl, accused Lukens of having twice paid for sex with
  18. her daughter, once when she was 13 years old. Coffman
  19. confronted Lukens with the charge last November in an encounter
  20. taped secretly by a Columbus TV station; he replied that he
  21. hadn't known her daughter was a teenager. Lukens denies the
  22. morals charge.
